ICAO code Approaches (minima input: OM-A 8.1.2.11 landing / 8.1.2.15 Table 4 planning)

Enter per published approach chart: DH/MDH in ft as height above threshold (not DA/MDA altitude) and the required RVR/VIS in m. Navaid ident is used for Table 4 Row 4 (separate navaids). ILS DH < 250 ft is treated as Type B, otherwise Type A. Untick "usable" for an approach that is NOTAM'd out or not approved. An approach without DH/MDH or RVR/VIS is never treated as met.
